DESCRIPTION: {R24-04_D7.8, DY 8.0} If the User ID Hint for connecting to IDP is configured to use the email address from the selected identity certificate (44.011.065), then the login blocking screen (EIP) shall populate the User ID hint with the email address from the identity certificate on the smart card token when connecting to the IdP.  As a result, the User ID field on the IdP login page should be populated with the email address.
