<ol><li value="4">Install Error or Com Failure (NA/XE SOLD - Yellow)<br />

</li><li value="1">Take various types (WW Neutral WW Metered DMO Sold Mid/High NA/XE Sold) of Yellow toner with non-readable CRUM and insert into the device.<br />
</li><li value="2">Check whether Yellow toner displays ? Instead of % level of gas gauge and missing instead of % at bottom of gas gauge.<br />
</li><li value="3">Click on Yellow toner for more details by following the below path.<br />
LUI-&gt;Device-&gt;supplies-&gt; click Yellow toner.<br />
</li><li value="4">Check in device webui MIB whether it is displaying status code as per spec.<br />
</li><li value="5">Check whether for any reason the print engine cannot provide the latest data the print engine shall send a value of -2 (= unknown) for display in prtMarkerSuppliesLevel.<br />
6.Install the new toner if the device detects that string was null.<br />
7.Install the new toner if the device detects that string was not null but something other than XEROX(R).<br />

</li><li value="3">In Yellow toner details it should display unknown for reorder number and date installed and also it should display 0 for pages remaining and days remaining 0% for average area coverage.<br />
