SPEC_TAG: After power up, if the NC doesn’t resynchronize within 5 minutes from a synchronization loss or   during normal run ,if the NC doesn’t resynchronize within 11 minutes from synchronization loss:  CCS declares a 03-332 fault but continue to attempt re-synchronisation.

PROCEDURE: 1. Perform the NC Crash (stop_nc) via back channel.
2. Let the device undisturbed for 11 minutes.
