PROCEDURE: 1.In the device console login as root.
2.Follow the below steps to kill CCS process by using following command kill -11 <process_id>
i) To get the process ID of all running processes, run the below command:
ps –aux
ii) get the available CCS process ID number(PID) from the list(ex.2340 SIGABRT -> PID and Process of CCS) and pass the PID in place of <process_id> in the kill command.(ex. kill -9 2340)
3. Wait for the device not available state and check the expected result(1)
4. Once device UI came to ready state, check the LUI->Select Device App->Notifications ->Fault History and check the expected result(2)
5. Press the "Home" button for 10 sec and enter the password "6789" to access the diagnostics mode-> select Service Information->dc122 Fault History and select the fault code to click the details button to view the details of the fault code. Check the expected result(3)
