TESTCASE_HEADLINE: SA have the ability to disable USB Host ports in WEBUI

INPUT: USB functionalities (Scan to USB/Print from USB) should be enabled.

PROCEDURE: 1. Open the Web UI and login as admin.
2. Navigate to Properties > Security > USB Port Security.
3. Uncheck the box labeled 'Rear USB Ports (Pair)'.
4. Uncheck the box labeled 'Front USB Port'.
5. Click the Apply button and Reboot the device. 
6. Insert a USB drive in the machine into one of the Front/rear USB ports

OUTPUT: When user inserts a USB drive into any disabled port, No pop up appears on the device LUI.
