TESTCASE_HEADLINE: To Validate that the device shall display the blocking screen maximum of 4 minutes and if the blocking screen timer has expired then the device shall display the IWT screen which is under the blocking screen

INPUT: 
1.Make sure that the user must take the MFP to install wizard mode using the MITS tool.
2.Make sure that the device is connected to the wired/wireless network.
3.Make sure that the XDM server is available for this test.

PROCEDURE: 
1.Run a install wizard to the MFP.
2.Send the blocking screen during language screen via Webservice.
3.Check if the LUI displays the blocking screen checking for the device profile to aid in setup. This process may take a few minutes
4.And wait in this blocking screen for about 4 minutes and confirm the results.
5.Repeat the above steps by sending the blocking screen during any other IW test screen

OUTPUT: 
3.The blocking screen should be displayed for a maximum of 4 minutes.
4 5.The device should display whatever IWT screen beneath the blocking screen once the timer expired.
