TESTCASE_HEADLINE: To verify the dynamic service access through IPPTOOL when Fax is disabled

<P>3. Direct printing through driver should be enabled on the device.
 Connect the USB type B port to any of the USB card slot in the Mac PC  and with the working MFD. Using the mac client debug console, identify the port number to which the USB type B port is connected to the MFD.

Steps to find the port number from debug log monitor:
Request/Response on multiple interfaces: 
 <P>1.sudo defaults write configd com.apple.ippusb.loglevel 2;
<P>2. sudo defaults write configd com.apple.ippusbd.loglevel 2;
<P>3. sudo sudo sed -i .ORIG 's/\\[<= Level notice\\]/[<= Level debug]/' /etc/asl.conf
<P>4. sudo killall -HUP syslog
 <P>5. sudo syslog -F std.4 -w -k Sender configd -o -k Sender ippusbd

<P>4. Install and configure Fax in the device.\
Note: To enable Fax:
<P>1. Power off and insert the Fax card in the device.
<P>2. Power on and run the Fax configuration setup.
<P>3. Reboot the machine.
<P>To Disable Fax:
<P>1. Login into tools.
<P>2. Service settings->Fax settings->Fax enablement-Disable the settings.

<P>1. Remove the fax card and reboot the device.

PROCEDURE: From the debug log, check the availability of fax related trace before the fax card installation and configuration in the device.

After the fax configuration in the device, again take the debug log and check for the fax trace in the device.

1. Perform a fax job in the device with the command as below:
<P> ipptool -tv -f <testfile> ipp://localhost:port #/ipp/faxout fax-job.test
<P>2. Verify the status of the performed fax job.

OUTPUT: Debug log should not possess any trace of fax when it is unconfigured in the device.

After the fax configuration, debug log should possess the trace for fax services.

Device should not accept the fax command and the fax job should be unsuccessful.
