(i.e. two screen should not be raised.)  The message action is a superset of the flash action.

PROCEDURE: 1: ipptool is installed on the MAC PC.\
2: Submit ipptool identify printer with flash action to the device as follows :-
ipptool -tv ipp://$device-ip/ipp/ Identify-printer-flash-message.test where Identify-printer-flash-message.test is the test file placed in the same location as the ipptool or provide the complete path of the file if the file is stored in another location.

OUTPUT: Though two requests are raised from the IPPtool, message action will be seen on the LUI screen since message is the superset of flash action.
